Suspension Service Request

Please read through the answers to common questions below prior to sending your request. To schedule a specific drop-off date, please reach out via email or phone beforehand.
Please note that our standard turnaround time (5 business days) may extend up to 10 business days during peak summer season. In cases requiring rare replacement parts or upon discovering unforeseen internal damage, completion dates will be handled individually — we will notify you immediately following technical verification.
Immediately upon submitting this form, you will receive an automated confirmation email with details of your service request.
Please write the service order number clearly on the outside of your shipping box.
Return shipping will be carried out using the method selected in the "Return Shipping" field (typically DPD courier). Return shipping costs (25 PLN) are covered by the customer and added to the total service invoice.
Standard suspension service turnaround is approximately 5 business days from delivery date. In special circumstances (e.g. backordered parts, unexpected internal wear), turnaround time may be extended.

My name is Jan Pająk, I am 20 years old, and cycling has been a part of my life for 8 years. The passion was sparked by my dad, who first introduced me to the sport. In 2021, I decided to start riding seriously and competing in DH races. I took it head-on, taking 2nd place at the Polish Downhill Championships that same year, which I was super stoked about. In 2022, I competed in 18 races, most of them abroad, allowing me to massively elevate my riding skills. 2022 also brought me my first victory in the DH category and my first Polish Downhill Champion title. 2023 brings new sponsors and bigger goals, including racing in the UCI DH World Cup! It’s shaping up to be a season filled with incredible experiences and non-stop trail time.

My company was born out of a passion for bikes that I've pursued for over 20 years. Bike Doctor Service is the realization of my dream to share this passion and expertise, making bikes even better, faster, and lighter. The journey here was full of unique challenges — working with the Polish National Team alongside top athletes, attending the European Games in Baku, training camps, and World Cup races. I also had the privilege of working on the same team as Maja Włoszczowska. I aim to apply that experience so every visit to Bike Doctor leaves you with a huge grin on your face. I carefully select my team to ensure the highest standard of service. I continuously expand my skills as both a mechanic and a rider to keep elevating our standards. Honesty, professionalism, and integrity are the values we put first every day.

Mechanic – Suspension Specialist
My cycling journey began when I was 13 years old, taking my first steps on dirt jumps I dug behind my house in Skarżysko-Kamienna. That growing passion soon made my whole life revolve around bikes. I started building and servicing my own bikes, and later those of my friends. After high school, I moved to Kraków for university. While my dirt jump phase subsided, my passion for full-suspension bikes and forest trail riding grew even stronger. Toward the end of my studies, I started working at a local bike shop, turning my passion into a profession. Riding and wrenching have been an uninterrupted part of my life for 15 years. Quality and meticulous attention to detail are my top priorities, ensuring reliable equipment on the trails. Moving to Bielsko and joining Bike Doctor Service gives me even more drive to master advanced bike technology.
Olek Grajewski
Mechanic
My bike story began at age 9, building my first jump lines in my hometown of Ełk. That passion naturally evolved into XC riding and a drive to service my own equipment. The real turning point came in 2019 when I moved to Wrocław and started working in professional bike workshops. I quickly joined one of Poland's top service centers, specializing in high-end enduro and DH machinery. That experience gave me the opportunity to work at the highest global level — building and tuning bikes for Szymon Godziek at Red Bull Rampage (2022 and 2023 editions), as well as Red Bull Roof Ride and Crankworx for Dawid Godziek. After 6 years of professional wrenching in the industry, I hold one core rule: every bike returned to a customer must perform better than new. I pour my heart into every detail so you feel 100% safe and confident on your machine. I traded Wrocław for Bielsko to pursue personal growth in the mountains. At Bike Doctor Service, I oversee major full-bike services and specialize in custom builds using top-tier brands like SRAM, Hope, RockShox, and Öhlins.
